- Cut out alcohol.
- Eat healthy, do not eat less, just eat the right foods. If you tell yourself you are on a diet you will be more likely to stray.
- Drink warm water with a squeeze of lemon first thing in the morning and last thing at night.
- Do not mix protein with carbohydrates
- only eat fruit 30 minutes before or after a meal.
