Problem: Excess weight

  • Do not eat late at night.
  • Cut out alcohol.
  • Eat healthy, do not eat less, just eat the right foods. If you tell yourself you are on a diet you will be more likely to stray.
  • Drink warm water with a squeeze of lemon first thing in the morning and last thing at night.
  • Do not mix protein with carbohydrates
  • only eat fruit 30 minutes before or after a meal.

Nice tips Anits.I think we should also not mix dairy with poultry.Is it true?
